Part 4

Last week, we smashed Exeter at their place and continued to lead the pack in SkyBet League Two.

This week, as we head into November, the nights continue to get shorter, and the games are coming thick and fast, with FA Cup action to look out for as well.

Let’s get into it.

Another postponement as Jamaica have this time opted to call up Josh instead of Joel Grant, among other youth call ups for the likes of Rudden and Eric Garcia. So Forest Green Rovers will have to be moved.

Couldn’t help but take note of this result as Paul Tisdale destroys his former team 5-0 in the FA Cup.

Shoutout Joe Mason.

Dom is back in the physio’s room and will miss our FA Cup game.

Yes, that is meant to the the Mayflower under construction.

I forgot to take a screenshot of the teams, so here they are.

Byron Moore replaces Telford. Otherwise, its the same.

Half time and we are all over the League One side…

Full time and, well same story. Just can’t find the net. Danny Mayor was disappointing.

The class of 92 pull the trigger and sack Alexander after a poor start.

Grimbsy or Pompey at home await the winner of our replay. Could be quite tasty.

We are buzzing to be in the next round of the Leasing.Com Trophy Southern Section.

More playing time for our fringe players to be honest.

And just like real life, Fletch is let go from Orient.

Quite disappointed that Exeter didn’t go for Pardew.

No game for us this weekend, so we drop down a few places.

Per real life rumours of Argyle being interested in Jamie Reid, I sent my virtual scouts down to do the same.

I don’t like his injury prone-ness and lack of consistency. But he is banging the goals in for Torquay.

Welcome back to Home Park in January Ollie. He’s taken the Mansfield job. It’s all going on at the moment.

Our youngsters are doing well, which says good things about the tactic.

FA Cup replay time.

Great Strike Fadz. 1-0.

No I haven’t posted the same goal twice. Two identical goals from our left wing-back.

Into the next round of the FA Cup we go…

Pompey it is!

Welcome back Anthony O’Connor and Kelvin Mellor.

Not good.

Ryan Lowe could be back in a league two dugout soon as he is linked with Salford.

Top of the league FGR next.

Exeter getting battered at home.

No Sarce today to get the goal he got in this fixture in real life. Going to be a tough test.

A lovely left footed Danny Mayor opener was cancelled out by arguably two even lovelier Forest Green Rover strikes as we lose again.

The games come thick and fast, as we host our old friends Portsmouth.

Sarcevic and Joe Edwards are suspended forcing me to play the impressive Adam Randell, who is showing great signs of development.

His first ever start (if you ignore the Leasing.com trophy).

We could do without travelling to Fratton Park for the replay. But we can be proud of our performance.

Sol Campbell takes the Orient Job, Ryan Lowe misses out on the Salford job, and Graham Coughlan is sacked up at Rovers.

Simon Hallet is content. The results have been far from good enough this month though.

For the second time in a row I watch us get picked out first in the Fa Cup draw. But its not a glamour draw we were hoping for.

It’s Cambridge.

Eoin Doyle loves scoring against the Argyle.

Make that 3 Gary.

Need to turn this bad league form around.

Nice.

See you next time for a busy December.

Thanks for reading.
