Argyle fans have been buoyed by the double dose of positive news emerging from the club today, having had it first confirmed that the EFL season will start again in line with the Premier League on the weekend of September 12th 2020. The season will come to an end on the weekend of 8/9th May 2021 with the play-offs to return to normality on the late May Bank Holiday weekend of 2021. Full fixture lists will be confirmed in due course though it is expected that FA Cup replays will be dropped.

Argyle have also confirmed the exciting news that fans will be able to buy season tickets for the new season at the same price as that of last season. However, fans will likely miss seeing the first two or three games live due to government restrictions on sporting events before October 1st(although Argyle have said they will try to provide streaming passes where possible). After the 1st, fans will be allowed into grounds at limited capacity and in accordance with social distancing guidelines. At the moment, only existing season ticket holders will be allowed to renew due to the expected restrictions on capacity. No new applications will be taken until guidelines are updated.
